San Francisco's mid-Valencia Street bike-lane pilot project approved

The SFMTA board voted unanimously to put new bike lanes in the middle of Valencia Street in San Francisco's Mission District. It's called the Mid-Valencia Pilot, part of the Valencia Bikeway Improvements. The board voted to split the thoroughfare down the middle in the interest of safety.
