President of Antioch police union among the 17 named in racist tweets, memes report: Mayor

Mayor Lamar Thorpe of Antioch released a video statement condemning the 17 Antioch police officers, including the president of the Antioch Police Union, who allegedly sent racist memes and texts amongst each other.
