Arrest warrant issued for Oakland police officer

The Alameda County District Attorney's Office issued an arrest warrant for an Oakland police officer on Monday for felony perjury, threatening a witness and other allegations. The warrant, issued for Officer Phong Tran, is a no-bail warrant and Tran must surrender within 48 hours.
