Family mourns loss of hit-and-run victim killed in Oakland

The family of Carlos Smith of Oakland gathered Friday to pray and honor his memory. He was a hit-and-run victim killed while bicycling just a few blocks from his home. The family wants the driver responsible caught and brought to justice.
