D.A. offers suspect, who shot and killed 2 brothers in Oakland, a plea deal

Family members of two brothers who were shot and killed in the streets of Oakland are worried they will not get justice. They say the Alameda County district attorney's office offered the suspect a plea deal. A sentencing hearing is set for later this week.
