Elusive sea otter avoids capture in Santa Cruz

Wildlife experts are offering more insight into the unusual behavior by a sea otter caught on video trying to steal boards from surfers off of the Santa Cruz coast. As officials search for the 5-year-old otter, experts are concerned these interactions could endanger both humans and the animal. KTVU's Alex Savidge and Heather Holmes speak with Kevin Connor from the Monterey Bay Aquarium about the otter's behavior and what you should do if you enconter a wild animal acting out.
