Oakland couple could lose martial arts academy due to financial troubles

Bill Owens says he's proud that he's never turned away a student, even those who couldn't afford to pay, but now, the martial arts academy owner may not be able to keep the doors of his Oakland business open because he says he's fallen behind on mortgage payments.
