EPA investigates California Water Board

The California Water Resources Control Board allegedly discriminated against Native American tribes by failing to protect the water quality of the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, which damaged tribal lands and fishing grounds. The EPA is looking into the claims.
