Vacant to Vibrant pop ups perk up downtown San Francisco

If you've been in downtown San Francisco, you've likely noticed empty storefronts and many 'for lease signs.' But one Bay Area group is now working with the city to turn things around, injecting the area, with a new group of pop-up shops.
