D.A. may charge boy as an adult in fatal crash that killed pregnant woman and her baby

San Jose police say a 15-year-old boy is to blame for a deadly car crash last week. The collision claimed the life of a pregnant woman and her baby. The D.A.'s office is now considering the possibility of charging that teen as an adult.
