Daylight-saving time ends
This weekend, get ready for an extra hour of sleep. Our clocks are falling back to standard time this Sunday. Sleep experts say standard time is actually better aligned with our body clocks and is helpful for people who wake up before 8:30 in the morning. Kaiser Permanente East Bay Chief of Neurology and Sleep Specialist Dr. Siresha Chaluvadi joined us on The Nine to talk about the effects of this time change.
