2023 Election: what's on the ballot?

There are only a few races in the Bay Area on the November 7 ballot, but there are other races in the country that may tell a lot about the national political mindset. In Kentucky, a Democratic governor Andy Beshear is up for re-election in the red state. Other important races include the vote for Mississippi governor and a ballot measure on abortion access in Ohio.
