ChatGPT has officially been around for one whole year. When San Francisco-based company OpenAI launched its experimental artificial intelligence chatbot a year ago, the platform quickly became one of the most popular online apps, leading to debates about the benefits and pitfalls of AI. The conversation continues in the workplace, as many American employees say they are using AI to complete simple tasks and technical work. KTVU's Alex Savidge speaks with Doug Dennerline, CEO of Mountain View-based software company Betterworks about how both employers and employees are embracing AI to increase productivity.
