Mark Farrell says first act as San Francisco mayor would be to fire chief of police

Former San Francisco Mayor Mark Farrell filed paperwork with the Department of Elections this week to challenge Mayor London Breed. He said one of the first things he would do if elected, would be to fire San Francisco's Chief of Police Bill Scott.
