Financial debt is mounting for Americans across the country. According to the federal reserve, the total credit card debt alone is higher than it has ever been before, reaching a staggering $1.3 trillion. New data from Bankrate found 36% of American households have more credit card debt than emergency savings, leading to higher rates of anxiety and stress. KTVU's Frank Mallicoat is joined by Christina Roman, Consumer Education and Advocacy Manager at Experian to break down a couple of debt management strategies for different financial situations.
