Fairfield police officer accused of inappropriately messaging teens

A Fairfield police officer is accused of inappropriately texting high-school students. 33-year-old James Louis, who worked as a student resource officer, at Rodriguez High School, was arrested Friday night. Officials said he exchanged inappropriate text messages and photos with two female students.
