Controversial "junk fees" law frustrating some restaurant owners

A new state law eliminating "junk fees" is due to take effect July 1st. Under that law, surcharges added to restaurant bills must be more transparent and some business owners are already frustrated with the economic challenges they're anticipating this summer. KTVU's Heather Holmes discusses the "junk fees" law with Chef David Nayfeld, owner of Che Fico restaurant in San Francisco.
