Two people injured, evacuation orders in place after fire sparks in Livermore

A 1,000-acre fire started in Livermore, prompting evacuations across the area. Fire crews with Alameda County Fire Department, Plesanton/Livermore Fire, CalFire and the Tracy Fire Department are responding. Windy conditions are making containment difficult.
