Suspects use car to ram into East Bay liquor store then try it at a dispensary

Owners of a San Leandro liquor store are shocked after suspects used a car to ram into their business and then repeatedly ram their ATM. Less than an hour later, police say the same group tried to break in to the 420 Market cannabis dispensary in Oakland.
