Congress members ask for more info on 'botched' FCI Dublin closure

More than 20 members of the United States Congress on Thursday wrote a letter to the Bureau of Prisons sharing concerns about what they are calling a "botched" closure of FCI Dublin and asking whether a judge's appointment of a special master over the all-women's prison had anything to do with it.
