Family mourns Oakland 16-year-old boy whose body dumped on side of road

Family of Skyline High School student Nathan Chanthavong is demanding justice after Oakland police say the 16-year-old was shot and killed. Police have not made any arrests in this case. He's one of three teens killed in Oakland on the same day in separate shootings.
