Oakland's Fifth Annual Juneteenth celebration held in Town Jubilee

Former city councilmember Loren Taylor began organizing the first annual Juneteenth celebration in 2019, a full two years ahead of the holiday's federal recognition. KTVU's Tori Gaines reports from Oakland.
