Fire authorities mitigate burn risks in Moraga, Orinda following SoCal firestorms

The Moraga-Orinda Fire District is performing prescribed burns to reduce wildfire hazards, which officials said are similar to those that fueled several deadly blazes in the Los Angeles area.
