Oakland's home to one of the oldest Black-owned restaurants in Northern California

It's an Oakland staple with a rich history. During this Black History Month, we're highlighting Lois the Pie Queen, which is one of the oldest Black-owned restaurants in Northern California. However, it's more than just a restaurant, as it's now a candidate for historical landmark designation.
