Guests impacted by Trump administration cuts invited to Congressional address

Bay Area members of Congress invited a diverse group of people to attend the Presidential address to Congress. Laid off federal workers, veterans, social service and health care advocates traveled to Washington D.C. to sit with the California delegation.
