Attempted carjacking in SF leads to chase into Berkeley, suspects arrested

Traffic came to a standstill on Interstate 80 in Berkeley on Friday afternoon after law enforcement say a chase across the bridge ensued after an attempted carjacking in San Francisco. San Francisco police have arrested three suspects.
