U.S. Coast Guard?s Eagle returns to San Francisco after 17 years

The U.S. Coast Guard?s Eagle, the largest tall ship in the military and floating training vessel, made a rare stop in San Francisco Saturday for free public tours. KTVU's Betty Yu got an inside look on board.
