College scams on the rise, BBB says

According to report from the Better Business Bureau, people between the ages of 18 to 24 are losing hundreds of dollars to scams in the first semester of college. Alma Galvan, a spokesperson from the BBB, joined us on 'The Nine' to discuss new financial risks.
