Highway 84 shooting investigation

CHP shutdown Highway 84 on Tuesday to investigate a shooting. They say witnesses told them a crash happened and that gunshots were heard right after. A local hospital told CHP a person who was shot in the arm walked into the hospital. Investigators determined that person was a victim from the Highway 84 shooting.
