19-year-old killed in crosswalk while walking dog in Santa Rosa

Family of Santa Rosa teenage girl struck and killed by driver while walking her dog, wants to raise awareness about pedestrian safety. They are also want answers as to why the driver hit the 19-year-old while she was in the crosswalk during daylight hours.
