Pickett Fire threatens vineyards in wine country

Fire crews are making progress on the Pickett Fire near Calistoga, which has burned more than 6,800 acres. While some evacuation orders have been lifted, wineries in Pope Valley and Howell Mountain remain at risk, with concerns that smoke could impact this year?s grape harvest just as the season begins.
