28-year-old killed in Oakland after buying food from street vendor

A 28-year-old man was shot and killed walking home after buying food from a street vendor early Saturday morning after a night with friends. His family says he had recently moved from San Francisco to Oakland. The man's employer described him as being a diligent and hard worker.
