SFDA gives update on fatal stabbing of father outside school

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins on Monday announced that Daniel Patrick Rodriguez -- the man who allegedly fatally stabbed Robert Byrd near Commodore Sloat Elementary School -- will face murder and child endangerment charges.
