SF Supervisor Joel Engardio recalled in fight over Great Highway closure

Nearly 65% of District 4 voters chose to recall Supervisor Joel Engardio, largely over his support of Proposition K and the controversial closure of the Great Highway to create Sunset Dunes Park.
