Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Weigh-Off marks start of arts & pumpkin festival

The Safeway Half Moon Bay World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off kicked off the pumpkin festival in the city by the coast on Monday. This year's winner hails from Santa Rosa. Last year's winner is back this year, but he doesn't have a pumpkin this time.
