California Prop 50 special election ballots found at Sacramento County homeless encampment

Sacramento County officials are addressing a serious election security concern after dozens of special election ballots were discovered in a homeless encampment. The sheriff's office found 99 ballots for the Proposition 50 election, mixed with a large pile of stolen mail during a cleanup operation.
