One of Berkeley?s biggest D�a de los Muertos celebrations goes on amid increased fears by some in the Latino community. In the face of enhanced Immigration enforcement, how Mexican American Grammy winner Lila Downs, brought love and strength to the Bay Area. The festive event was held at UC Berkeley's Zellerbach Hall.
