Santa Cruz Wharf repairs underway after car plunges into ocean

Santa Cruz city work crews worked to patch a small portion of the iconic Wharf, after a man drove his minivan through fencing and into Monterey Bay Sunday. The driver did not survive, but his two-year old dog, "Cali," was rescued.
