Small businesses offering free meals, discount to SNAP recipients

Owners of Tony and Alba's restaurant in San Jose are joined by other restaurant owners of MonsterPho in Oakland and Al Pastor Papi in San Francisco, offering a free meal or discount to children and families on the SNAP federal food aid program who might lose food benefits in November if the government shutdown drags on.
