New East Bay restaurant bringing music, global flavors

A brand-new restaurant is turning up the volume in Walnut Creek’s dining scene. Opening Thursday, Stereo41 offers a high-end fusion of Middle Eastern and Japanese flavors, complete with a hi-fi listening lounge and live DJs.
