Winning ticket sold in $980 Mega Millions jackpot

Someone in the state of Georgia is nearly $1B richer after a winning ticket in the Mega Millions jackpot was sold. KTVU's Tom Vacar reports from a liquor store out of Novato where lotto fever swept the area.
