BART service recovers after car lands on tracks

BART service is recovering with trains single tracking through an impacted area after a car landed on its tracks near the Castro Valley station. This happened after a three-car crash where a tow-truck driver was injured after the car they were towing was sent flying to the tracks below. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports from the Bay Fair Station where riders have been impacted by the shutdown in service.
