SANTA ROSA: Two elderly pedestrians struck by vehicle outside Santa Rosa market

Two elderly women were struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon outside the Oakmont Village Market in Santa Rosa, a Sonoma County fire and emergency dispatcher said. Their neighbor was arrested for DUI.
