SAN FRANCISCO: Tents, homeless surge in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood

The tents, tarps and shopping carts along the sidewalk in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood are proof there’s been a surge in homeless people either displaced or living on the streets.
