OAKLAND: Activists oppose plan to carry coal through Oakland by rail

Environmentalists, faith and community leaders gathered in front of Oakland City Hall on Tuesday to oppose the proposal to build a new shipping terminal on the old Oakland army base near the Bay Bridge.
