Tsunami victims remembered 5 years later at Japantown vigil

In San Francisco’s Japan Town on Friday night, dozens of people gathered at a somber ceremony to mark the fifth anniversary of the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown that ravaged Japan on March 11, 2011.
