BART’s future fleet deliveries scheduled, but can passengers wait?

Dozens of BART cars are disabled because of an electrical glitch, leaving the system with shorter cars and crowded trains. But even if trains were running smoothly, they’re the oldest fleet in the nation and they’re in need of being replaced.
