Man beaten in SF by Alameda County deputies after chase files complaint

Attorneys for a man brutally beaten by Alameda County sheriff's deputies in San Francisco last year filed a complaint against the county today seeking monetary damages for what they called "the worst law enforcement beating we've seen on video since Rodney King."
