Vallejo kidnapping suspect killed during SoCal shootout with officers, authorities say

The man wanted in connection with the abduction of a Vallejo girl, which prompted an Amber Alert earlier in the day, was shot and killed Thursday during a shootout at a Southern California mobile home park, Solano Sheriff Thomas Ferrara confirmed.
