San Francisco Michelin Star chef fights food waste

Celebrity chefs are on Capitol Hill lobbying to Congress to pass legislation aimed at reducing food waste. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama spoke to a San Francisco Michelin Star chef who's part of the movement.
